Essential Oil Coaching

When you experience the refreshing, invigorating scent of pine trees, the calming scent of lavender or the invigorating scent of lemons, you experience essential oils - powerful, natural scents.

In nature, essential oils are found in roots, stems, leaves, resins, flowers and peel of the plant. Essential oils help the plant adapt to its ever-changing environment - they protect against threats and provide beneficial properties.

When the plant's components are distilled for purity, potency and efficacy, they become an additional resource to help maintain the well-being of yourself and your family.

Why essential  oils

Essential oils can improve your mood and make you feel good with

just a whiff of their scent. For some people, they may even be the

help relieve symptoms of various conditions.

Their most useful application is to maintain optimal health on a daily basis

to keep. Think of oils as a dietary supplement; if you take supplements

you are giving your body the nutrients it needs to

to function. Although there are differences from person to person in

usage preferences, it is generally believed to use consistently

of oils is the key to achieving the desired results.

Purity
The purity of an essential oil is the most important and most difficult property to obtain. An essential oil that is not pure means you run the risk of introducing synthetics, heavy metals or counterfeiters on or into your body, which can cause irritation, side effects or even illness. Unfortunately, counterfeiting and unethical practices are all too common in the essential oil industry.

Due to a lack of accepted industry standards, I chose to work with doTERRA. doTERRA has created its own testing standard called Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG), which certifies that the oils are 100% free of fillers, adulterants, synthetic ingredients, or harmful contaminants.

Applications

There are three ways to use essential oils:

1. By smell. We call this "aromatic" use of essential oils.
This includes any method of application that will help you experience the aroma of the oil.
You can use essential oils aromatically by:

  • Diffuse in an essential oil diffuser

  • Apply a drop on your hands and inhale

  • Wear as a personal fragrance

2. On your skin. Due to "topical" application of essential oils, the oil can
be absorbed into the skin. Some ways to use essential oils on your skin
can be used:

  • Massage

  • Apply to specific areas and rub in

  • Add to lotions or creams

3. Ingestion, or "internal" use of essential oils allows the oil to be transported throughout your body. Make sure the essential oil is safe for internal use (some strong oils should not be ingested!) then try one of these methods:

  • Add to a glass of water

  • Take a vegetarian capsule

  • Put a drop under your tongue

In addition, you can use essential oils in your household, eg for cooking, cleaning, washing,... There are countless ways to get started.

I would be happy to guide you on how you can safely integrate these oils into your daily life.
Would you like a personalized oil? I put it together with great love for you.
