Registration for the classes is mandatory and can be done online. You can easily create an account by logging in.
You click on the lesson you want to book, if you have not yet purchased a ticket or lesson, you will be asked to purchase it first. Once you have purchased the pass or card, you can book the class you want to follow. You pay online with Visa, Paypal or Bancontact.

The number of places is limited so if you are registered for a class and don't show up, you lose that turn. You can book up to 1 hour before the start of the lesson, cancel up to 22 hours before the lesson. If the class is full and you want to register, you will end up on the waiting list and if a place becomes available, you will receive a confirmation by email.

I am not flexible, is yoga something for me?

That is perhaps the most common misconception in yoga land. You don't have to be flexible at all to practice yoga!
Yoga is about the breathing, the movement and the awareness of the movement. It's about being able to observe your mind, get to know yourself better and learn to feel and push your limits.
So you don't need to have a flexible body for that. The benefits of yoga are that it makes you more flexible and stronger. So that's a good thing.
